1.5 c milk (I used hemp)
1 largehandful spinach leaves
1 small handful parsley leaves
3 kale leaves
1 large handful watercress leaves
1 avocado
This is just a classic green smoothie with a creamy twist. Feel free to use other greens; this is just what I had in my fridge this morning. I had to drink it down before I got a chance to take a picture, because it's just so delicious! I will definitely make it again, and take a picture that time.
PLEASE NOTE: Make sure you don't use a flavored or sweetened milk with this or any savory smoothie!
