I know it's been a few days since I've posted, and I would like to apologize for that. Sometimes life gets in the way of blogging. I thought that a nice, simple, classic smoothie would be a good way to ease back in from my several-day hiatus. This smoothie is also the first I've done on here with green tea. Green tea is a nice mellow base for a smoothie that allows the flavors of the fruits or veggies to shine through, while also giving you lots of antioxidants. And if you brew it in the sun, as I did for this, you can be sure to get the marvelous energetic benefits of sunlight!
