1.5 c milk (I used hemp)
1 cucumber - peeled and sliced for easier blending
1/2 a bell pepper (I used orange) - sliced for easier blending
1/4 c parsley
3 kale leaves
IMPORTANT: When choosing a milk type for savory smoothies such as this one, do not, I repeat DO NOT use any that are sweetened or flavored. Believe me, using vanilla almond milk for this smoothie will be something you regret!
If you want it to be supercold, shake it over ice, like a martini. If you want it to be more like a martini, add gin! Provided you are over 21 or European, that is.
I wasn't too sure if the creaminess would go well with the cucumberness here, but it definitely works. If you're looking for a thicker smoothie, you may wish to lessen the amount of milk used, since cucumbers add a bit of liquid too.
