1.5 c lavender tea (either buy herbal lavender tea, or just steep lavender petals)
4 frozen strawberries
1 avocado
I used to really dislike lavender, and I'm still not a huge fan of the smell. But years of using it medicinally in teas has finally caught up to me, and I must say that when combined well with other flavors, I can totally go for lavender now! And it is so healthy! It helps prevent disease and infection, and it really gets rid of headaches. Of course, in smoothie form, it might cause a headache in the form of brainfreeze, so be careful not to drink this simple, but delicious smoothie too fast!
