1.5 c cold mint tea
2 frozen kiwis (peeled or unpeeled - you won't taste the skin in smoothie form!)
1 T fresh lime juice
1 avocado (peeled!)
When most people think of a "green smoothie," they think of a smoothie made out of greens - kale, spinach, etc. This is a smoothie made out of other green things! It's a great breakfast smoothie. It's also a great way to get those omega-3s that are packed into the skins of kiwis! Most people don't eat the skin, since it tastes (and feels) pretty gross, but with all these other flavors in there, you won't taste the skin here. So, enjoy, and be healthy!
