Raspberry Lime

1.5 c Milk (I used hemp)
1 c frozen raspberries
2 T fresh lime juice
 1 avocado
1-2 leaves kale*
 
This smoothie is so delicious and creamy that sometimes I lessen the amount of liquid and eat it as a dessert.  It's almost like a rasberry sherbet or a really cold raspberry pudding.  If you want it to be a little sweeter, try chopping up a date or a fig and adding it in.  So decadent, and yet so healthy!
 
*You really can't taste the kale because raspberries and lime have such strong flavors.  That's just in there for the health benefits!  If you want to leave it out, I will not be offended.
