The Whole Beet

1.5 c milk (I used soy)
1 beet, diced and frozen
3 leaves beet greens - including stalk
1 avocado
 
This smoothie has a beautiful color, and a marvelous flavor, but the texture was a little bit chewy.  I would probably add another half beet, or another avocado next time.  But just look at that color!!
